Laser station type AWW
Laser welding of plastics- Diode lasers with power range from 30 to 200W
- Compact process head - laser radiation is guided using optical fiber 100 - 400 micrometers
- Semiconductor diode laser emitting on selected wavelength 780 - 980nm optimized for the specific application
- Programmable welding curve profile - weld profile
- Laser power measurement device inside process head for operation in - power regulation mode
- Contactless measurement of temperature in welding spot – temperature regulation mode
- Diameter of focus spot is configurable and could have circle or elliptical form
- Linear, area or circumferential welding (cylindrical parts)
- Alternative head design with scan mirror unit is suitable for applications requiring quasi-simultaneous welding mode
Laser welding station AWW (Automatic Welding Workstation) is primary dedicated for laser welding of plastics. As a laser source is used semiconductor diode laser emitting on selected wavelength optimized for the specific application. Available are sources in power range from 30W up to 200W.
